Twin room is perfect, has a nice bathroom. The hotel offers excellent meal in the morning with Georgia food and real coffee and pancakes. It has a combination of a helpful service and a quiet ambience. The location is incredible and awesome, very close to Bargati church❤

Everything was great, polite staff made our stay great! Comforts of a double room were fabulous - a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar. It had soft beds, gates. This hotel met standard, we couldn't recommend more to all.

The room had beautiful mountain views, a spacious bathroom with a great walk-in shower, helpful service, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Exciting breakfast with plenty of choices, cozy and neat spot. They serve freshly cooked meals, and it's conveniently located close to the cathedral. 🥐.

My room was clean and had smoke detectors for safety measures. the staff was nice and offered a wake-up service and ironing free of charge.

The hotel met our demands and was fairly clean, with nice staff and awesome central location by the Bagrati cathedral in the evening.

Clean venue and very good and polite employees. New building and clean and absolutely perfect rooms with balcony. Marvellous and awesome location not far from the Monastery and all the major attractions in Kutaisi. Free parking available.

The staff was super nice and helpful, setting up breakfast quickly for us. The mini bar and nearby shop were convenient. The terrace and yard seating were amazing with great city and cathedral views. The location was perfect, close to the city center but in a quiet and safe area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. The parking was easy. The breakfast was nice and included. The room had a mini-bar, free water, and tea/coffee. The bells from the nearby church were a pleasant wake-up.

We were kinda surprised by the temperature check and hand sanitizer at check-in. Our room had a comfy bed and a mini bar stocked with refreshing beverages. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff was polite and friendly throughout our stay. We also loved the nice design of the hotel and its location with a great view. we would recommend this hotel.

The shower setup was different from what we expected, with just a curtain and no cabin. We were also unsure about the cleanliness of the towels.
